Role

This is an IC role for someone to own end-to-end. You will define your role but some of the things you’ll work on are:

  1. Build dashboards for retention, adoption, drop-offs, and behavioural segments.
  2. Analyse chat transcripts to understand user intents, themes, and consultation patterns.
  3. Own analytics queries, dashboards, metric definitions, and weekly/monthly reporting.
  4. Recommend improvements across product flows and experience.

Job Requirements

  1. 2–5 years experience in product analytics / data analysis
  2. Advanced SQL, experience with Python or simple NLP libraries
  3. Strong understanding of product analytics concepts (funnels, retention, cohorts)
  4. Ideal background: Early team members of consumer companies with strong behavioural analysis
  5. Curiosity about user psychology, culture.
