Role
This is an IC role for someone to own end-to-end. You will define your role but some of the things you’ll work on are:
- Build dashboards for retention, adoption, drop-offs, and behavioural segments.
- Analyse chat transcripts to understand user intents, themes, and consultation patterns.
- Own analytics queries, dashboards, metric definitions, and weekly/monthly reporting.
- Recommend improvements across product flows and experience.
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in product analytics / data analysis
- Advanced SQL, experience with Python or simple NLP libraries
- Strong understanding of product analytics concepts (funnels, retention, cohorts)
- Ideal background: Early team members of consumer companies with strong behavioural analysis
- Curiosity about user psychology, culture.
